A legacy worth belonging to.
A membership for people who believe a glass of rye should carry the weight of the river valley that made it. Three chambers. One ledger. Your name in the book.

Named for a legend, not a man
Joe Magarac is a figure of Pittsburgh steel-mill lore: a giant said to be made of steel himself, who stirred molten metal with his bare hands and squeezed rails out between his fingers. He first appears in a 1931 magazine story and folklorists have long debated whether mill workers ever told the tale before it was printed. We do not claim he lived. We claim what the story stands for — labor, fellowship, and the stubborn pride of a valley that turned fire into something lasting.
Our still has three chambers. So does our Society. Every eligible dollar spent at the distillery warms the copper a little more, and as the spirit climbs, so do you.
